By accessing voidstarlabs.gg (the “Site”), you (“you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About Voidstar Labs
Voidstar Labs (“we,” “us,” “our”) builds and runs its own programs — the sites, tools, and games you can tune to on the console. The Site exists to show that work and as a point of contact. Nothing is sold through the Site; it carries no accounts, no payments, and no user-submitted content.
Use of the Site
You may browse, share, and reference the Site for personal and professional purposes. You agree not to:
- Reproduce, reverse-engineer, or republish the Site or any substantial portion of its content without written permission.
- Use the Site to transmit harmful code, attempt to disrupt service, or scrape content at scale.
- Misrepresent Voidstar Labs or our work.
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including code, copy, design, animations, logos, and marks — is the property of Voidstar Labs or its licensors unless otherwise indicated. The programs shown on the console are our own work; each runs on its own site, under whatever terms that site publishes. Nothing on the Site grants you any right in the Site or in those programs beyond viewing the Site as published.
No Warranty
The Site and any informational content are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voidstar Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Site is provided free of charge and you pay nothing for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
Selecting a program on the console shows a poster of that program’s site, served from this Site; a LIVE FEED control loads the site itself inside a sandboxed embedded frame, and pressing it again removes the frame. The sites shown are operated by Voidstar Labs, and what your browser sends them is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Site also uses third-party services to operate — including Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate, privacy-respecting usage measurement. How information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Provisions intended to survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated Effective date at the top of this page and recorded in the transmission log below. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voidstar Labs is principally established, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
